Events added after measurement

Now if you add an event within a few minutes after the measurement, the system thinks that the user forgot to add the event to the measurement and adds the event to the measurement, while in the feed the event will be visible only in the details of the measurement, it seems to the user that nothing happens. We need a clarification that the event is added to the measurement and can be seen in the measurement details.
