Deleting or disabling some measurements

The alogorithm is now being trained personally for each user. Accordingly, measurements immediately after training or drinking alcohol are interesting for the user, but have a negative impact on the algorithm, underestimating the baseline.
It should be possible to either delete such measurements or mark them as not for use by the algorithm. Or do it automatically when using the tags "alcohol" and others.
